Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped from Austria within currently 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

 

Shipping Methods:

We offer tracked and untracked shipping options via the Austrian Post Office. For some countries, tracked shipping may be the only available option.

Norway shipments of non-flat items are sent via UPS.

Delivery Estimates:

Austria: 1–3 business days

EU & Europe: 7–14 business days

Rest of the world: 2–8 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, or holidays.

Special Notes for the USA:

Currently, parcel shipping is limited to flat items only (e.g., stickers, postcards, classic bookmarks). Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

Customs and Taxes:

For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Order Issues:

If your order does not arrive within 6 weeks (or 8 weeks for the USA), please contact us so we can assist.
