PROCESSING TIME:
Your order will be shipped from Austria.
Current order processing time is 3-7 working days (I ship packages mo-fri, once or twice a week)
I ship to nearly every country in the world, but in case of shipping restrictions, I might disable delivery to certain countries temporarily.
If you want to order from the UK, please order from my Etsy shop as I still need to figure out the VAT registration.

I strongly recommend choosing Tracked Shipping if you want your order to be secure and you want to follow the tracking.

You can choose either untracked or tracked shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I´m shipping your orders with the Austrian post office.
When you order non-flat items from Norway, then it's shipped with UPS.
You can choose either untracked or tracked shipping from most countries, but for some, I only have a tracked option.

USA SHIPPING:
Unfortunately, the Austrian post office still hasn´t resumed parcel shipping to the USA as they haven´t found a way yet to collect the tariffs upfront. I´m looking into an alternative with another shipping provider and will update you as soon as I know more!
But you can still order flat items as letter mail shipment is open!
You can order: sticker sheets, single stickers, postcards, and classic bookmarks
The total weight of products you can order is 50g:
sticker sheets are 5g each
planner sticker sheets are 4g each
stickers are 1g each
postcards are 6g each
classic bookmarks are 3g each (please choose without tassel)
For USA orders, I even more strongly recommend choosing Tracked Shipping, as unfortunately, it happens often that something gets lost or does not arrive for months when sent to the USA.

Tax and Customs for non-EU Orders:
If you order from outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred for which I am not responsible and which have to be borne by the customer. This includes for example import duties or taxes (customs). If you order from outside the EU, please inform yourself about what you have to pay when receiving orders before you purchase anything!

Delivery Times:
Austria: 1-3 Working Days
EU and Europe: 7-14 Working Days
Rest of the world: 2-8 Weeks
These are just estimated delivery times from my post office, shipping may be delayed due to various factors (eg strike at the post office, hold by customs, christmas time, ect.)
If you haven't received your order after 6 weeks have passed (for USA 8 weeks), please contact me, and I will try to find a solution!
