PROCESSING TIME:
Your order will be shipped from Austria.
Current order processing time is 3-7 working days (I ship packages mo-fri, once or twice a week)
I ship to nearly every country in the world, but in case of shipping restrictions, I might disable delivery to certain countries temporarily.
If you want to order from the UK, please order from my Etsy shop as I still need to figure out the VAT registration.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
I strongly recommend choosing Tracked Shipping if you want your order to be more secure and be able to follow its journey.
If you choose Standard Shipping, there is no tracking available. This means that I cannot see where your order is or check its location if it takes longer than expected to arrive.
Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping option.

When you order non-flat items from Norway, then it's shipped with UPS.
You can choose either untracked or tracked shipping from most countries, but for some, I only have a tracked option.

USA SHIPPING:
Good news! Shipping to the USA is available again!
All USA orders are shipped with Tracked Shipping through the Austrian post office. I have made tracked shipping mandatory for the USA because unfortunately, untracked shipments are much more likely to get lost or take a very long time to arrive. As soon as your order is in the USA you can track it via USPS, until it reaches the USA you can track it via austrian post office.
Tariffs are paid upfront at checkout. This means the applicable tariffs are already included in your shipping/order costs, so you should not receive any unexpected tariff charges when your package arrives in the USA.

Tax and Customs for non-EU Orders:
If you order from outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred for which I am not responsible and which have to be borne by the customer. This includes for example import duties or taxes (customs). If you order from outside the EU, please inform yourself about what you have to pay when receiving orders before you purchase anything!
USA orders are excluded from this: you pay applicable tariffs upfront at checkout, so you shouldn't have to pay additional tariffs when your order arrives in the USA.

Approximate Delivery Times:
Austria: 1-3 Working Days
EU and Europe: 7-14 Working Days
Rest of the world: 2-8 Weeks
These are just estimated delivery times from my post office, shipping may be delayed due to various factors (eg strike at the post office, hold by customs, christmas time, ect.)
If you haven't received your order after 6 weeks have passed (for USA 8 weeks), please contact me, and I will try to find a solution!
