Current order processing time is 5-7 working days(I ship packages mo-fri, once or twice a week)

Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of your order.

You can see the exact shipping price at checkout before completing your purchase.

Austria: 1-3 Working Days
EU and Europe: 7-14 Working Days
Rest of the world: 2-8 Weeks 

These are just estimated delivery times from my post office, shipping may be delayed due to various factors (eg strike at the post office, hold by customs, christmas time, ect.)

If you haven't received your order after 6 weeks have passed (for USA 8 weeks), please contact me, and I will try to find a solution!

If you order from outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred for which I am not responsible and which have to be borne by the customer. 

This includes for example import duties or taxes (customs). 

If you order from outside the EU, please inform yourself about what you have to pay when receiving orders before you purchase anything!

I ship all orders via Austrian Post. Once your package reaches your country, it will usually be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

There are a few reasons why your order might not have arrived yet:

1. Processing Time: Most orders take 5-7 business days to process before shipping. You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
   
2. Shipping Time: Depending on your location and the shipping method you chose, delivery can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.
   
3. Shipping Delays: Occasionally, delays occur due to factors outside our control, such as postal service delays, customs processing, or extreme weather conditions.
   
4. Tracking: If your order includes tracking, you can use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest updates.
   

If it has been longer than the estimated delivery time, or you can’t find your tracking information, please contact us at info@anna-lunak.art, and we’ll help you locate your order as quickly as possible.

Yes! You can return physical items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.

Please note that digital products and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

If you notice any problems with your order like a damaged item, missing piece, or wrong product, please contact me immediately at info@anna-lunak.art.

Include your order number and a description of the issue (photos are very helpful!).
